Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Delivery conditions & Shipping costs

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and during the next working day. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Deliveries to non-EU countries and islands may incur additional expenses due to customs duties or taxes not included in the shipping costs.

Under no circumstances will The Roulette be responsible for these costs.

Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Shipping rates

Returns & changes:

If you choose to return or change an item, we want to make it easy for you.

You can change the item or get a refund during the 15 days after receiving your order.

  • If you want to return or change an item, send an email to our Customer Service at hello@the-roulette.com and state the reason for the return/change, the order number, name and size of the item.
  • Returns and changes must include all tags and be sent in their original packaging, provided that the items have not been used, worn, washed or damaged.
    We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not comply with our returns requirements.
  • We will contact you if your return cannot be accepted due to lack of compliance with the aforementioned conditions.
  • If you have received a defective item or your item has a fault, we will proceed accordingly (repair, change or refund) and The Roulette will cover the total cost of the return/change, but under no circumstances will it cover the extra cost of customs.
  • The Roulette reserves the right to deny more than one free change for each order placed by the same customer.

Spain online returns:

Returns procedure for online purchases:

  • Please send an email to hello@the-roulette.com stating the order number and the product you wish to return.
  • Prepare the parcel with the item in perfect condition, with the original tags and packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you can use a box or packaging that protects the item well.
  • We will send a messenger who will pick up the unwanted item.
  • As soon as we receive the package and once the return has been accepted, the refund will be issued automatically using the same payment method used with the original purchase.
  • Refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your bank account after they have been issued.

International online returns:

Returns procedure for international online purchases:

  • Please send an email to hello@the-roulette.com stating the order number and the product you wish to return.
  • Prepare the parcel with the item in perfect condition, with the original tags and packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you can use a box or packaging that protects the item well.
  • Contact an authorized courier service or the local post office and send the package to the following address:

  • International shipping costs for returns will be covered by the client.
  • The client will be responsible for international returns and we do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items.

We recommend the use of a courier service with tracking system.

  • As soon as we receive the package and once the return has been accepted, the refund will be issued automatically using the same payment method used with the original purchase.

Spain online changes:

  • You can change the items within 15 days after receiving them.
  • If you want to change an item, send us an email to hello@the-roulette.com stating the item you want to change and the size you wish to receive in exchange.
    We will issue a refund if the requested size is not available.
  • Prepare the parcel with the item you wish to return and send us an email explaining the reasons for its change. You can reuse the original packaging of your purchase.
  • We will send a messenger who will pick up the unwanted item and deliver the new order.

International online changes

If you want to change an item, send us an email to hello@the-roulette.com stating the item you want to change and the size you wish to receive in exchange.
We will issue a refund if the requested size is not available.
